- Orders are processed and dispatched quickly on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email once dispatched.
- Track your parcel anytime from the tracking link or in My Account.
🚚 Delivery timeframes
- Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Regional & remote areas: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- Timeframes are estimates — delays can occur during peak periods, weather events or courier disruptions.

Tobacco can only be received by adults. Our couriers may ask for photo ID proving the recipient is 18 or over, and parcels will not be left for minors. Please ensure an adult is available to receive your order. See our 18+ Age Policy.

- Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
- PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers: tobacco deliveries may require in-person receipt, so a street address is recommended.

If our shipping & delivery courier cannot deliver (no adult present, wrong address, ID unavailable), the parcel is held for collection or returned. Redelivery fees may apply for address errors, so double-check details at checkout. Unclaimed parcels returned to us can be reshipped (postage at cost) or refunded minus shipping — see Returns & Refunds. Remember: an adult 18+ may need to receive tobacco parcels with ID — see our 18+ Age Policy.
